Anxiety is our body natural response to stress, and it is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.

Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious having an exam or job interview or giving a speech. During these times, feeling anxious it is normal.

Some people find it hard to control their worries. The feelings of anxiety are more constant and can often affect their daily live, especially if it lasts longer than six months.

Tips for generalised anxiety disorder
