My approach is flexible and tailored to everyone. For example, the Person-Centred approach focuses on the here and now, while Psychodynamic explores the past and the defence mechanisms formed in the childhood to protect our self-esteem.

The vision I have about therapy is to gently challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that may be negatively influencing your mood.
Health, growth and happiness comes from meaningful and fulfilling connection with ourselves and others. Revealing what is behind our disturbances can help us focus our efforts, to feel empowered and recover our lost potential.
I feel that therapy is not only for those who are going through a moment of impasse, I view it more as a "mental and spiritual hygiene" which can help us overcome everyday obstacles and get to know ourselves better.
Background & Qualifications
I have worked in healthcare industry and hospitality until I become a counsellor. Also, I have worked with children in a charity organisation and adults in a drug and alcohol recovery centre.
